Local reward card launches in Kensington & Chelsea

They are the latest to adopt loyalty scheme that encourages local shopping

To help stimulate the borough's economy, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has adopted an innovative scheme to encourage it's population to shop locally. The Wedge card, a loyalty card for small businesses in the area, is to be used all over the borough after its recent opening at The Pie Man in South Kensington.

 

Tim Ahern, Councillor for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, talks about the council's efforts to cultivate local retail and the importance of this to the borough's economy.
