Lady Cobham starts as Chairman as VisitEngland is launched

On the 1st April 2009 VisitEngland the new strategic body dedicated to English Tourism comes into force. Until now VisitEngland has only been an advisory board to VisitBritain but now it will work to advance England's products and services for both overseas and domestic visitors. The Local Government Channel's Tracey O'Halloran caught up with Lady Cobham as she starts her chairmanship to find out just what the future holds for English tourism and the role local authorities have to play in that future.
